Role Overview: 

The Social Media Manager Intern will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for the Indonesian International School Yangon (IISY) Facebook page. The intern will ensure that posts align with the school's branding, values, and communication strategy while increasing engagement and visibility. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Content Creation & Management 
• Plan, design, and schedule engaging posts for the IISY Facebook page. 
• Write compelling captions and ensure correct grammar, spelling, and formatting. 
• Develop creative visuals (images, posters, infographics) and short videos using Canva or similar tools. 
• Engagement & Community Management 
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
• Monitor and engage with followers to foster an interactive and positive community. 
• Encourage and highlight student, teacher, and school achievements in posts. 
• Content Strategy & Analytics 
• Collaborate with the PR team to develop a consistent posting schedule. 
• Analyse engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and suggest improvements. 
• Research social media trends and apply best practices to enhance IISY's online presence. 
• Event Coverage & Promotion 
• Promote school events, programs, and activities through Facebook posts. 
• Compliance & Confidentiality 
• Ensure all posts adhere to school policies and social media ethics. 
• Respect student privacy and obtain necessary permissions before publishing photos or videos.

( Math/ English / Science ) (5 Positions) 

Role Overview: 
The Virtual Study Guide Tutor (Secondary Level) will provide academic support to secondary school students in English, Mathematics, and Science, helping them master Cambridge curriculum standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct live virtual tutoring sessions for secondary-level students.
• Clarify complex concepts in English, Math, and Science.
• Assist students in exam preparation, coursework, and problem-solving techniques.
• Use digital tools to create interactive learning materials.
• Track student progress and adapt lessons based on individual needs.
• Provide study techniques and strategies to help students improve academic performance.
• Ensure that lessons are delivered in English in a clear and structured manner.
