Social Media Post Creator & Manager (TikTok)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, create, and edit TikTok videos aligned with IISY's branding and educational themes. 

• Develop viral and creative content to engage students, parents, and the wider community. 

• Manage the TikTok account, post consistently, and interact with followers. 

• Research trends and apply them to relevant school content. 

• Collaborate with teachers and students to capture authentic school moments. 

• Ensure all content complies with school policies and ethical guidelines. 

Requirements: 

• Background in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Passion for social media, storytelling, and video content creation. 

• Experience using TikTok, CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing tools. 

• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative. 

• Able to communicate in English
