Intern- Market and social Research- 3 positions

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our research team in ongoing and upcoming projects in both market and social research. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world research, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. It’s an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in research, development, or consulting to gain practical skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing research tools such as questionnaires, interview guides, and sampling plans
- Support in secondary data review and background research
- Participate in data collection coordination, monitoring, and fieldwork logistics
- Help clean and organize data for analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
- Contribute to analysis and draft sections of reports and presentations
- Attend internal meetings and provide summaries/notes when needed
- Perform other research-related tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
- Interest in research methods, data collection, and development issues in Myanmar and the region.
- Strong communication skills in English and Burmese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like SPSS, STATA, or NVivo is a plus.
