The application will be in two steps; candidates need to gain admission
to one of the EMPM Partner Universities before they can apply for EMPM
Scholarship. The University will be responsible for the admission candidates
based on its academic admission criteria, while EMPM will be responsible
for selecting the scholarship awardee.

Candidates are strongly advised to request admission as early as possible
at the ASEAN or EU higher education institution because the institutions
need enough time to process all the admission requests on time. In case a
LoA cannot be presented during EMPM scholarship application, candidates
may request a letter from university that his/her application is currently
being reviewed.

General Notice

Candidates can only apply for a scholarship for selected (English-taught)
courses at participating EMPM institutions. If the university/institution has
yet become EMPM partner but wishes to be one, please reach out to
contact@empm.education

Candidate must submit the scholarship application to EMPM only after it is
fully completed. There is no possibility to make adjustments or modifications
to the scholarship application after submitting even if the scholarship
application deadline has not yet passed. Incomplete or unfinished application
will not be considered.

Candidate must submit the following documents through online application:
* Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the university OR letter from university
notifying the ongoing admission process
* Curriculum Vitae
* Recent Photograph
* Scanned original Household List Card
* Scanned original ID (NRC)
* Scanned of Valid Passport

Disclosures

The record of the Students Application Form will be kept only for the EMPM
programme. EMPM will strictly observe the GDPR laws and regulations in the
application of Student Data.
