Requirements

1. Letter of Acceptance from the University 
2. CV (Europass format)
   Candidate may manually create Europass CV or use https://europa.eu/europass/eportfolio/screen/cv-editor to create the CV
3. Recent Photograph
   The photograph specifications should be:
   a. Photo should not be older than six months.
   b. Photo should be in colour, with a clean background, not black or white and no patterns. A grey, red or blue background is suggested.
   c. Photo should ONLY contain the applicant’s picture.
   d. The head should take 70-80% of the photo. The applicant should be looking straight at the camera.
4. Scan of original Household List Certificate
5. Scan of original ID (NRC)
6. Scan of Valid Passport
