Nuffic Southeast Asia is the implementing partner of the Virtual Scholarships: Virtual Top-Up Transfer Degree and Virtual Global Opportunities (MicroCredentials and Internships).

Virtual Top-Up Degree For ASEAN Universities

Virtual top-up degree scholarship programme for Myanmar students who are affected by recent issues in university education to continue their degrees at ASEAN-based universities. 

  • Allocating a scholarship of 4 semesters per student. 
  • 872 semesters for ASEAN virtual scholarships across all ASEAN higher education institutions. 
  • Students will be supported with financial aid per semester (total of EUR 350 per semester for the ASEAN Virtual Top-Up Scholarships). 

EMPM Virtual Top Up Scholarship is no longer accepting applications beyond Batch 2.
